OpenClaw Assistant is a desktop client designed to help users manage, deploy, and interact with the OpenClaw autonomous AI agent locally. The software acts as an interface layer between you and the underlying open-source OpenClaw engine.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Legal Usage: You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes. You are strictly responsible for the outcomes of any automated actions taken by your AI agent.
  • API Limits: You are responsible for any charges incurred from third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI API costs) configured within the Software.
  • Security: You are responsible for keeping your desktop environment secure to prevent unauthorized access to your locally stored AI configuration and API keys.

4. Intellectual Property

The "OpenClaw" name, OpenClaw AI engine logic, and associated branding are governed by their respective open-source licenses and trademark protocols. OpenClaw Assistant is a management tool produced independently. All title, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the specific OpenClaw Assistant interface (provided by dofun.app) remain with dofun.app.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruption. You use the software entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall dofun.app or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss or unwanted automated communications sent by your agent.
